1. About These Terms

Dorotakora is an online store operated by Gomerchantsolutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17322088. The terms set out below (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and everything offered through it — content, features, services and purchases (together, the "Site").

Placing an order with us, or simply browsing the Site, means you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please do not use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the United Kingdom.

2. Who May Order

Purchases may only be made by individuals aged 18 or over. By submitting an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You undertake to give us information that is truthful, complete and current whenever you buy from us or get in touch with our team. Where the Site is misused, or where these Terms are broken, we may limit or withdraw your access.

3. Customer Accounts

Certain parts of the Site may ask you to create an account. Keeping your sign-in details private is your responsibility, as is everything done through your account.

An account is personal to you. It may not be sold, lent, shared or transferred to anyone else. Where unauthorised access results from your failure to protect your credentials, Dorotakora cannot be held responsible.

4. Placing an Order and Paying for It

Every order we receive is subject to acceptance by us and to stock being available. At our discretion we may decline, cancel or restrict an order — for example where it appears fraudulent, duplicated, or contrary to these Terms.

Prices appear in the currency shown at checkout and may be revised at any point without advance notice. Completing a purchase authorises us to charge the payment method you have chosen for the whole order value, including any taxes and delivery charges that apply.

5. Products, Descriptions and Stock

Items on the Site may be sold online only and in limited numbers. Descriptions, prices and availability may be changed, and products may be withdrawn entirely, at any time and without notice.

We make a genuine effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Even so, we cannot promise that the colour, texture or finish you see on your screen will be an exact match for the item itself.

6. Dispatch and Delivery

Third-party carriers handle the delivery of all orders. The delivery windows we publish are estimates offered in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Dorotakora accepts no responsibility for delays caused by carrier performance, incomplete or incorrect delivery details, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. Anything sent back must be unworn, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Returns begin with an email to contact@dorotakora.com. The cost of return postage is met by the customer, unless the item you received was faulty or was not what you ordered.

Once a return is approved, the refund is credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Our Refund Policy explains the full procedure.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged, or the goods inside are faulty, contact us without delay and include a short description together with photographs. We will look into it and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, a refund, or another remedy suited to the situation.

9. Services Provided by Others

The Site may give you access to tools, integrations or services supplied by third parties. These are offered "as is", with no warranty of any kind attached.

We neither operate nor supervise such services, and we accept no liability for anything that arises out of your use of them.

10. Links to Other Websites

You may find links on the Site that lead to websites run by other organisations. They are provided only as a convenience. We do not review, endorse or take responsibility for their content, products or services.

11. Material You Send Us

Reviews, comments, ideas and any other material you send to us may be used by Dorotakora without restriction. In submitting such material you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, adapt and distribute it.

We are not obliged to keep submissions confidential, nor to pay you anything in return for them.

12. How You May Not Use the Site

You agree that you will not use the Site in order to:

break any law or regulation that applies to you;
infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
supply information that is false or misleading;
harass, abuse or cause harm to another person;
distribute viruses, malware or any other damaging code;
gather personal data without the consent of the individuals concerned;
tamper with our security measures or the integrity of our systems.

Any breach of this section may lead to your access being suspended or ended immediately.

13. Errors on the Site

Occasionally the Site may contain mistakes or inaccuracies relating to prices, offers, descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such mistake and to update the information shown at any time, without notice beforehand.

14. No Warranties

The Site, along with every product and service made available through it, is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Save for your statutory rights as a consumer, Dorotakora gives no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

15. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dorotakora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the Site or its products, or from being unable to use them. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data and lost business opportunities.

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dorotakora and keep us harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense that results from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

17. Ending Your Access

Where these Terms have been breached, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and without notice. Obligations that arose before termination remain in force afterwards.

18. If Part of These Terms Fails

Should any provision of these Terms be found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

19. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without reference to conflict of law rules. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, and this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law in the part of the UK where you live.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on this page. By continuing to use the Site you accept whatever revisions have been made.
